What to expect with an ultra laser treatment?
A LaseMD Ultra treatment takes about 45 minutes, including consultation and topical numbing. During the procedure, you may feel warmth or a prickling sensation. After treatment, your skin may look pink or red and feel warm, similar to a sunburn. Then, the skin will develop a “sandpaper-like” texture for a few days to a week.
What is the healing process like after the Ultra laser?

Healing can range from mildly pink skin to warmth, swelling, redness, and tightness. After the first 5–10 hours, redness and warmth begin to decrease. Over days 2–7, a rough “sandpaper-like” texture develops and gradually flakes off as the skin renews. If you are treating pigmentation or melasma, you may also notice dark spots temporarily becoming darker as the pigment rises to the surface before shedding.
When will I see results from the Ultra laser?
